During the meeting, we will have the second reading of our proposed club dues for 2021 followed by a club vote.  For those club members who cannot make the club meeting, we have enclosed a proxy vote ballot (via email) if you wish to cast your vote.  The ballot must be returned before midnight on Sunday, Sept 20th in order to be counted.
